So here I am at the ODCE conference for the first time and have decided to blog my experiences since I encourage my students to do this when they attend conferences to add to their field experiences. One advantage I see to blogging is that you might remember and actually implement some of the great things you learn due to the online access versus having to dig out the old conference material in some obscure binder or actually still in the conference bag given at check-in! So this looks like a great place for a conference, everything is very accessible, not a far walk, eating and shopping close by and awesome sessions to look forward to!
OOpppsss, I am in the lobby and cannot hit the wireless from here so had to pay to access the Internet....hotels need to provide this for free since it is as essential as toothpaste!
I am off to Second LIfe Bootcamp and hope I have time to actually develop a second life!
